TBTP Performance is a superb choice for family, friends, athletes, or any small team (of 3+) who prefer to exercise together. You'll get to enjoy some fun and challenging training sessions. Our workouts are designed to improve overall health, reduce body fat, and increase lean muscle tone. Select your teammates and let's get your team ready for your next Team Challenge. 

Team Performance includes:

* Daily access to your Fitness Trainer by phone/email

* Fitness Training up to 45 minutes per session

* Includes guidance in Nutrition, Strength Training, Conditioning, Supplements, and TBTP Therapy 

* A mixture of challenging and entertaining workouts

* The ability to exercise from anywhere (virtual sessions available)
