Refund policy
Payments
To be added on to our training schedule, payments must be paid before the day of session or on the scheduled date. Any payment made 2 days after due date will result in an additional $29 fee.
Please note: For our larger fitness packages, we offer team members payment plans. To qualify for the "free" sessions in our Bulk Training Package a full payment must be made within 30 Days and for our Family Package a full payment must be made within 120 days (from initial purchase). These fitness packages are best for team members who enjoy training 2 - 4 times per week. Lastly, if a team member finishes their program without renewing after 30 days (and there is a price change), member can only renew at the current price.
Refunds
To receive a refund for item/s, it must be in new condition. We highly recommend to take pictures if product is damaged. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Otherwise, you will receive store credit. Please remember it can take 7 business days (after your item is received) for your bank or credit card to be refunded.
Non Refundable
Any Fitness Training sessions past 12 days of initial purchase will be non-refundable. However, sessions may be re-instated, transferred to someone else, or completed. If there is no continuation of training from a member after 90 days, sessions expire.
Discounts and 12-day Return Policy
Discounts on sales will be honored if purchase was made 7 days prior to the sale or 7 days after. Shipping item/s back is free if done within 12 days. 12 days after item/s is delivered all sales will be final.
To be eligible for a return, record item/s received when opening package in case product is damaged. It must be in the same condition when received. New, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please record when opening your order once received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item. Take pictures and email us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase your new item now and once your previous item is returned and processed, we'll refund your account.
