TBTP Team is a superb choice for family, close friends, or any small team (of 3+) who want to exercise together. You'll get to enjoy some fun and challenging training sessions. Our workouts are designed to improve overall health, reduce body fat, and increase lean muscle tone. Select your teammates and let's get you ready for the next team challenge. 

TBTP Team includes:

* Daily access to your Fitness Trainer by phone/email

* Personal Training (online or team training) with 45 minutes per session

* Guidance in Strength Training, Conditioning, Supplements, and TBTP Therapy

* A mixture of entertaining workouts each session to reduce body fat and improve lean muscle 

* The ability to exercise from anywhere

Plus, we'll show you proper breathing (great for meditation too) and how to use correct form on all your exercises.
